Cancellation & Exchange

PLEASE NOTE: Our production will be at a standstill until mid-March/April. We can note exchanges, but due to illness we will not be able to process them until mid-March/April. You can of course make returns as usual.

Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection - comparable to trying on in a store. If the goods deteriorate due to further use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

A written cancellation must be included in the package in order for a refund to be made. Packages without a cancellation form are excluded from the refund.

Partial returns of bundles or discounted offers are accepted. In such a case, however, the discount is cancelled and the order is treated as if the individual product had been purchased, which the buyer keeps.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us Nina Bednarz, Der Hundegefährte, Hochstr. 32, 40670 Meerbusch , shop@der-hundegefaehrte.de by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use our sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

We only refund goods that are in new condition.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the return of your goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.

The refund will be processed within 3-10 business days after receipt of your return.

You must return or hand over the goods to Nina Bednarz, Der Hundegefährte, Hochstr. 32, 40670 Meerbusch promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
